What are your hours of operation?
Our customer service hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Mountain Time. You may reach customer service at 720-258-1959.
Where is your company located?
Lone Tree, Colorado, but we serve customers nationwide on a daily basis. We can ground ship to most locations in the US within 3 days.

What types of products do you print?
We print just about anything from posters and banners to acrylic and tradeshow displays and much more.
Can I place my order and have my graphic designer upload files separately?
Yes, you can place an order first and then have your graphic designer upload files later. Easy upload instructions are provided with each order.
Can I track my order history online or check on the status of an open order?
Yes, each user at your company who places orders can view his or her own order history. Click on a job to see it's current status.
How do I get an instant quote?
First look at the catalog page and see the pricing for common items there. If you don't see what you were looking for there, please email orders@imscolorado.com. We are happy to work with you to find a solution for your project. During business hours we have customer service representatives waiting to take your specifications if they exceed the capabilities of the web site. Chances are we'll give you an instant quote when you call to explain the job details.
What if I want to order more than one version at the same time?
This is easily handled. Just provide the artwork, or the information and we will build your order.
What if I need my order shipped to more than one location?
Yes, we can provide custom fulfillment services and pack different quantities to be sent to several different locations.
I need my order in a few days. Can you help me?
One of our specialties is meeting deadlines that other printing companies cannot. Please contact customer service for assistance with this type of order.
How long does it take to get a proof?
You will receive an instant proof for most online orders when you upload artwork with your order. If you send artwork separately, you will receive a proof within one business day after we receive your files. If you want a “one off” press proof, please allow 1-2 business days plus shipping.
Color, Quality & Repeat Orders
Color: We have at our facility a variety of printers used to produce your order. Colors may shift from order to order and from printer to printer. If color accuracy is critical, please request a 12-inch by 12-inch color comp for $25. If you don’t request a color comp, we will print your file as submitted. Please be aware that colors may shift and we cannot guarantee color accuracy. Quality: We use only the highest-quality materials and OEM inks to ensure outstanding finished products. Our staff takes pride in making you look good. Repeat Orders: As with the color comments above, please be aware that color tends to shift over time. An order placed today may be darker or lighter than an order placed six months from now. We do our very best to maintain color accuracy. However, this is the nature of large-format printing.
File Transfer:
How do I upload my files?
After you place your order, you will be directed to a file upload page. If you are not ready to upload your files at that time, you or your graphic designer can upload your files later.
What is the largest file I can upload?
We accept files up to 1 Gig via our File Upload page. For files larger than this, please contact customer service for special file upload instructions. |
